hi i see you have photos of my reading wagon on here
how you doing with the one your building, the red wagon here was just sold but i have more wagons for sale and two that we are makeing now email me if you want info on waynenw AT hotmail DOT com
We’ve got the bowtop stained in the “cabin” area and the outsides are primed. Hopefully next weekend we’ll get the inside poly’d and the first of two coats done on the outside.
Hope you don’t mind me using your images, they just seemed to best suit what the shape and details are without being overly decorated as many are (you can’t make out the wood working details in a photograph when they’re painted up with the scrollwork and etc.)
Won’t be long till we’re ready to start the bed build and trim details inside. Then we’ll be covering it.
I hope to “camp out” in it Thanksgiving weekend even if it is just sleeping in it (not on wheels yet).
I can’t get the image of a Reading out of my head. Most appealing would be one mounted on the back of a truck live a normal RV would be built. I found a website (but don’t have the URL handy) where the guy is doing just that – slick build!
